英文作文格式寫作指導(dǎo)及范文
在平平淡淡的日常中，大家都嘗試過寫作文吧，作文是通過文字來表達(dá)一個主題意義的記敘方法。那么一般作文是怎么寫的呢？以下是小編收集整理的英文作文格式寫作指導(dǎo)及范文，僅供參考，希望能夠幫助到大家。
英文作文格式1：字母大寫
正確地使用大寫字母是寫作中一個不能疏忽的問題。大寫字母除了用于句首、稱呼、專有名詞等外，下面幾種情況也應(yīng)予以注意：
1.句子中直接引語的第一個字母要大寫無論“某某說”一類的說明語是在句首還是在句尾。如：She said, "It is unreasonable to such a thing."
但當(dāng)直接引語是一個句子的繼續(xù)時，則不用大寫字母。
如："It is unreasonable，" she said，"to expect such a thing."
2.表示學(xué)校里學(xué)科的名詞的第一個字母一般用小寫，但語言學(xué)科，如Chinese，English等、第一個字母則要大寫。如果學(xué)科名詞被看作是課程中的一項，或考試的一個項目，則第一個字母要大寫。如下 面兩句中的history的第一個字母分別用了大寫和小寫。
He is very interested in history.
He passed in History but failed in Geometry.
3.表示親屬關(guān)系的普通名詞有時專指某一個人，其作用相當(dāng)于專有名詞，這時第一個字母可用大寫。如：
We went to the hospital to Grandfather.
What does it mean，Mother?
這類名詞第一個字毋大寫時，前面都無my或your等限定詞。
4.普通名詞的第一個字母一般應(yīng)小寫，但當(dāng)它們作為專有名詞的一部分時應(yīng)該大寫。如下面兩句中的Professor的第一個字母分別用了大寫和小寫：
She knew Professor Smith.
She knew the Professor.
英文作文格式2：英文書寫和移行
英文書寫應(yīng)符合書寫規(guī)范，英文字母要寫清楚、寫整齊、寫美觀，字母的大小和字母之間的距離要勻稱。書寫應(yīng)做到字形秀麗漂亮，通篇勻稱和諧。
寫英文字母要掌握正確筆順。如字母i，應(yīng)該先寫下面的部分，然后再打點。有的學(xué)生卻按寫漢字的習(xí)慣從上到下寫，寫快了，就會把點和下面的十筆連在量起，顯得十分別扭。字形t應(yīng)為兩筆。不少人卻將兩筆合成一筆，看上去不像t，倒像l或是e，難以辨認(rèn)。另外，把r寫成v，把q寫成把g，把k寫成h等等，都是中學(xué)生書寫中常見的毛玻
不少人在四線三格的練習(xí)紙上書寫尚有規(guī)矩，能按字母的占格、高低和大小要求書寫，但在白紙或橫線紙上書寫，卻顯得十分幼稚拙劣。字母或跳上跳下，或一律寫成同一高度，占上中兩格的字母與占中下兩格的字母完全沒有高低之別。這些現(xiàn)象都要防止。
另外，書寫時還要注意詞與詞之間要保持一定的距離，不能緊靠在一起。字母之間的連寫也應(yīng)該按照習(xí)慣，不能隨意亂來。
在一篇字?jǐn)?shù)有限的作文里，我們還要注意盡量不把一個單詞拆開移行。萬一要移行，則必須以音節(jié)為單位進(jìn)行，如revolution這個詞，依照音節(jié)移行的原則可以按re-，revo-, revolu-這幾種方法移行。在移行時，我們還應(yīng)特別注意以下幾點:
1. 單音節(jié)詞不能移行，即使是字母較多的單音節(jié)詞，如through等也不能例外。
2.縮略詞如Mr.，Dr.等不能和后面的名字拆開移行。
縮略的專用名詞如U.K.，U.S.A等也不能拆開移行。
3.時間、量度及貨幣單位應(yīng)視為一個整體;不能分開移行。如;
11：00P.M.應(yīng)寫在一行內(nèi)，不能將11：00和P.M.分開移行;寫38℃時，不能將36和C分開移行。
4.由“年、月、日”表示的日期，如果必須分開移行只能將“月、日”與“年”分開。如January 6，1980不能將January和6分開移行，但可以把January 6，和1980分成兩行。
5.含雙寫輔音字母的單詞，在移行時要將輔音字母拆開。如better可拆成better，necessary可拆成necessary。
但如果雙寫輔音字母屬于詞根，后面又加了后綴，就不能將兩個輔音字母拆開。如drill加上-ing后構(gòu)成了drilling，就不可以將它拆成成dril-ling，而只能拆為drilling。
英文作文格式3：行款格式
一篇好的作文，不僅要求內(nèi)容吸引人，文章層次清楚，而且卷面也要求整潔美觀。卷面是文章給人的第一印象，字寫得是否正確好看，標(biāo)點符號用得是否恰當(dāng)，行款是否合乎格式，這些都直接影響文章內(nèi)容的表達(dá)，影響讀者對文章的評價。在高校入學(xué)考試中，有些學(xué)生就是因卷面不好而影響了分?jǐn)?shù)。因此，書寫格式對寫作來說，是相當(dāng)重要的。
英文作文的行款格式有以下三點。
1.四邊的距離
使用橫線紙書寫時，要在紙的左右兩邊留約3.6厘米的空白。使用空白紙書寫時，紙的上下兩邊留約6厘米的空白;
2. 題目的寫法
題目應(yīng)寫在第一行的中間，題目左右兩邊的空白距離大致相等。
題目的第一個單詞的第一個字母必須大寫。從第二個單詞起，其中每個實義詞的第一個字母大寫，而冠詞、介詞和連詞的第一個字 母則一般小寫。如：
A Day to Remembcr
Lets Go in for Sports
題目的另一種寫法是所有單詞的第一個字母全部用大寫。如：
My Life As Factory Worker
A Walk Under The Rain
寫題目不要用括號或引號。題目后除了問號和感嘆號之外，不加其它標(biāo)點符號。
3.文章本體
文章第一段的第一行應(yīng)與題目隔一行或兩行。每段的開頭一般應(yīng)該縮格;即向右縮進(jìn)約四個字母的間隔;單詞與單。詞之間須留一個字字母的間隔，句與句之間須留兩個字母的間隔。假若每行的最后一個單詞寫不下，最好不要輕易拆字移行，可將該單詞移到后一行去書寫。書寫時，不要因為一行末尾還有一點空間就把一個詞的前半截硬塞在那里，造成非移行不可的局面。實際上，移行過多是書寫、打字或排印質(zhì)量不高的表現(xiàn)。不必過份地去追求右邊的整齊，寧可多空一些，每行長短錯落，要比移行過多看上去舒服。
英文作文格式4：標(biāo)點符號
英語的標(biāo)點符號與漢語的標(biāo)點符號在形式上與使用上大同小異。中學(xué)生容易疏忽的地方，大致有以下幾處：
1.英語句號是實心點，而不是小圓圈，如果英語的何號也和漢語一樣，則容易和字母“o”相混淆。
2.英語的省略號“…”是3點，不是像漢語那樣用6點“……”
3. 字符號不要寫得太長，寫長了容易跟破折號混淆。其長度應(yīng)該與一個字母的寬度相當(dāng)。破折號的長度約占兩個字母的位置。書寫破折號時，與前后的單詞應(yīng)有一定的距離。
4.英語中沒有頓號“、”。要表示句中較短的并列詞語之間的停頓，漢語習(xí)慣用頓號，而英語只能用逗號;漢語中連詞“和”、“及”等之前不可用頓號，而英語中連接一系列并列項目的“and”或“or”之前往往可以用逗號。
5.使用所有格符號時，要注意放在正確的位置上，以免引起意義上的混淆。如my fatllers book不能寫成my fathers’book。
6. 漢語中直接引語前的“某某說”等詞語之后一律用冒號。而英語中既可用逗號，也可用冒號。當(dāng)“某某說”等詞語在直接引語后時，漢語的引語末尾用句號，而英語一般用逗號。如句子 "Its none of your business," the young men said rudely.的漢語譯文是：“這不管你的事�！蹦贻p人粗暴地說。
7. 問號用在直接疑問句之后。間接疑問句是作為一個從句來處理的，不能用問號。如 I didnt know what he meant by that.
8. 英語中沒有書名號《 》，書名一般用引號。如：Yesterday she saw an English film "Gone with the Wind"
9. 文章每行的起首除了引號和括號外，不應(yīng)書寫其它標(biāo)點，引號和括號最好標(biāo)在同一行中。句子較長時，可以分行標(biāo)號，但千萬不能顧頭不顧尾。
